Join me for my signature, two hour workshop designed to settle the nervous system and have you feeling more relaxed in both body + mind. Speaking to the yin and yang energies, we need the balance of both. In todays societies, the active, busy, and extroverted (yang energy) is glorified. Often, we run out of steam. Together, we’ll tap into the yin parts of ourselves (slow, calm, internal) so we can feel more balanced and refreshed within our relationship to self and others. This workshop is for all levels.

The intinerary:

  • mindful breathing

  • deep stretch aimed at muscle & connective tissue release

  • guided meditation
