Cheyenne is a movement and mindfulness instructor based just outside of Vancouver, BC. She has worked in the movement / studio environment, almost exclusively, for over 17 years. She approaches the instruction of yoga, pilates and mindfulness practices through a really simplistic lens and passionate about promoting overall well-being. In 2021 she founded her online platform offers a diverse range of classes designed to help individuals cultivate consistency in their practice and achieve balance in their daily lives.
Beyond the digital realm, Cheyenne also curates in-person retreats and workshops. Her holistic approach to well-being extends to various aspects of life, including motherhood, education, and homemaking, as she shares valuable insights and resources to support others on their journeys.
