Enjoy an afternoon designed to have you feeling refreshed and connected. Intentionally set in nature, you'll spend the day moving through Cheyenne's signature classes; the sequence, the strength, the stretch and the stillness (all levels welcome!). 

You can expect an incredible venue, great music, a balance of sweat and stillness - a lighthearted yet grounding experience on your mat. This coastal adventure is just a 20 minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay.
