The platform is subscription based; $38/mo or $360/yr CAD (including tax) will be charged to your credit card, giving you unlimited access to the library of movement + mindfulness classes.

Charges to your credit card will show up as OTT*CHEYENNEMERLO. The subscription is ongoing, until you cancel. Pause or cancel at anytime and you’ll continue to have access to classes until the end of your billing cycle. No refunds.

Mostly just yourself and an open mind. A yoga mat is great or any hard, non-slip surface. Some of the stretch and the stillness classes can even be done in bed! In certain videos I’ll suggest props to make things more accessible/comfortable BUT everything can be done by finding a replacement that you’ll already have at home ie: cushions, pillows, a blanket, books.

This is your choice; you may want a quiet practice with no music OR you can listen to the curated Spotify playlist for each class. In the class notes, you’ll find a link to the Spotify playlist - open this in a new browser. Queue up your movement class, and hit play on both the class + playlist. If you’re streaming to your TV, you’ll have to launch Spotify on another device/speaker.

Currently, classes are released sporadically while I am on maternity leave. The library of videos will continue to grow, allowing you to dive deeper into the practice and relive your favourite videos. There are 200+ videos to choose from!
