Enjoy an afternoon designed to have you feeling refreshed and connected. Intentionally set in nature, you'll spend the day moving through yoga, pilates, mindfulness and meditation. Nectar Yoga is a scandinavian inspired retreat centre, just a 20 minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay! It’s one of Vancouver’s best kept secrets.
You can expect an incredible venue, great music, a balance of sweat and stillness - a lighthearted yet grounding experience. You will feel a sense of energy, inspiration and groundedness after your Day Retreat.

Itinerary
Ease into your body with an all levels yoga practice - think Hatha Yoga. Eventually we transition into Pilates in which we elevate the music, your heartbeat and energy in the room. The movements will be low impact, safe and inclusive.
Part 1
Enjoy your catered lunch at the communal table inside the Onyx Lodge. Our break is roughly an hour and a half, thus you have time to eat + socialize, drink tea, read, or journal in the lodge. Or perhaps you take a stroll through the alder forest and find a spot to sit at the creek. *There is also a gift shop on site you will LOVE to peruse.
Break
Decompress with a grounding yin yoga practice followed by guided, calming breathwork and Yoga Nidra meditation. You’ll finish your day retreat feeling like you’re floating on a cloud.
